TERMS & CONDITIONS:
QUESTIONS/ REQUESTS/ PROBLEMS? - Please contact us within 30 DAYS of your purchase regarding any questions, requests or problems you may have.
- REFUND POLICY- You may return new and unoppened items within 30 Days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay for return shipping cost of the return is a result of our mistake (defective item, incorrect items etc). We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned item.
- EXCHANGE POLICY- If you would like to swap out your item for a different style, we'd be happy to work with you on that and help you find a strap that works best for you!
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- Your Sintillia order will generally arrive within 4-10 business days. The time may be shorter or longer depending on location. We make an effort to prioritize processing and shipping international orders to be sure they arrive in the most timely manor.
- DUTIES- Some countries may collect import duties or international fees. This is completely out of our control and we are not responsible to refund any such fees.
- GIFT CARDS- Our gift cards never expire. If you wish to send a Gift Card directly to someone send us an email INFO@SINTILLIA.COM and we can arrange that for you!
